"we are motionless"

wrapping up

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, though admittedly not all ends are met with disappointment and teary goodbyes. My aunt and uncle came back from their trip on Sunday, which also means my two week excursion has finally reached it's destination. Needless to say it's been rather eventful. From San Diego, to LA, to downtown Huntington Beach, it's been extremely busy for me. Though I must say those were probably the most relaxing (and exhausting) two weeks of my summer.

To prove my point further, my lower back started acting up again today. I don't think it really has anything to do with my aunt and uncle coming back but I thought it was a little ironic twist of fate. One that note though, I really should get it checked out. As for how, I'm not entirely sure seeing how I'm about to lose my health insurance by the end of this week. Procrastination was a bad idea.

Well then, I guess it's back to my normal routine. Work work work work. That is, until next week. Then it'll be work, school, work, school. Which, I'm actually excited for. =] Bring it!

"this time is ours"
"Here's what I think, Mr. Wind-Up Bird," said May Kasahara. "Everybody's born with some different thing at the core of their existence. And that thing, whatever it is, becomes like a heat source that runs each person from the inside. I have one too, of course. Like everybody else. But sometimes it gets out of hand. It swells or shrinks inside me, and it shakes me up. What I'd really like to do is find a way to communicate that feeling to another person. But I can't seem to do it. They just don't get it. Of course, the problem could be that I'm not explaining it very well, but I think it's because they're not listening very well. They pretend to be listening, but they're not, really. So I get worked up sometimes, and I do some crazy things."
